Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated the main tunnel and five underpasses of the Pragati Maidan Integrated Transit Corridor project. The project is an integral part of the Pragati Maidan redevelopment project.
The project, wholly funded by the central government, has cost over Rs 920 crore.
It aims to provide easy access to the new world class Exhibition and Convention Center being developed at Pragati Maidan, to facilitate the participation of visitors and exhibitors in the events at Pragati Maidan.
